Rosemary brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, and organizational leadership within fast-paced, project-driven industries. Her background combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on operational support, making her a key asset to the CES team.

As Controller for CES, Rosemary oversees accounting and financial operations across multiple divisions and projects nationwide. Her responsibilities include payroll administration, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, job costing, and process improvement initiatives. She also works closely with leadership teams to support strategic planning, operational analysis, and long-term business growth.

In addition to her extensive accounting expertise, Rosemary has significant experience in HR administration, team development, and operational process management. Throughout her career, she has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented system improvements, and developed procedures that improved efficiency, strengthened financial controls, and supported scalable growth across organizations.
