Our Safety Culture

The Owners and Management of CES recognizes that our most valued asset is our employees.  To that end, CES Owners and Management will maintain an unwavering focus on safety.  To attain the highest level of safety, we will instill in every member of the CES team that their first responsibility is their own safety and to that of those around them.  Every employee of CES will be encouraged to be involved in project safety planning.  CES will support our team members by maintaining a true open door policy.  The Management of CES will endeavor to train our team members above and beyond the required minimums.
