Matthew brings more than 12 years of experience managing and supporting solid waste operations and maintenance projects across the United States. His background combines hands-on field expertise with leadership in project management, safety compliance, and regional operations, making him a strong asset to the CES team.

Throughout his career, Matthew has overseen large-scale GCCS operations, flare systems, and leachate/condensate control systems while leading employee training, client management, budgeting, and compliance efforts. In his current role as South Regional Manager for CES, he is responsible for operational oversight, troubleshooting, staff development, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

In addition to his environmental operations experience, Matthew previously supported the United States Air Force as a Technical Analyst III, where he co-led analytical operations involving electronic warfare countermeasure systems for B-1 and B-52 strategic bomber platforms.
