Benjamin brings more than 20 years of experience in landfill operations, construction management, and environmental systems across the solid waste industry. His background combines hands-on operational expertise with leadership in large-scale project management, making him a valuable addition to the CES team.

Throughout his career, Benjamin has managed landfill gas extraction systems, multimillion-dollar pipeline projects, heavy equipment operations, and environmental compliance programs. Most recently, he served as an Operations Manager for Republic Services, where he oversaw daily landfill operations, supervised large teams, managed contractors and subcontractors, and ensured compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Benjamin’s experience also includes extensive work in landfill gas systems, HDPE pipe fusion, and gas-to-energy operations. His strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and commitment to safety have allowed him to successfully coordinate crews, maintain client relationships, and deliver efficient project execution across a wide range of landfill and environmental projects.
