Butch has more than 46 years of experience in the waste management industry, including over 26 years with Republic Services. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in operations management, quality control, business development, and client relations. His leadership and industry knowledge have earned him a reputation for building strong client partnerships and delivering operational excellence.

 

In his role as Client Liaison & Quality Control Manager, Butch supports business development, operational oversight, quality control initiatives, and client relations across CES's Landfill Gas Construction, Drilling, and Landfill Gas Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Divisions. His extensive experience, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement help strengthen CES's ability to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients nationwide.
