Fleet Administrator Description
Responsibilities include managing vehicle and equipment tracking, licensing, insurance, maintenance, and documentation. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain both digital and physical records. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and is based in the Richfield, Ohio office.
Key Responsibilities

Manage truck and equipment licensing, orders, and turn-ins.

Track insurance coverage for trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Maintain records for DOT inspections, employee physicals, and repairs.

Update and track fleet details on Motive or relevant fleet management software.

Oversee equipment rental accounts and manage equipment spread.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, sales, and repairs (both digital and physical).

Assist with other fleet-related tasks as needed by the operations team.
Qualifications

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in fleet management are a plus).

Experience in fleet administration or operations is preferred but not required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.

Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Ability to maintain both digital and physical records.​
